Since we can remember, we have been trained and domesticated to believe certain things that have changed the trajectory of our lives and made us the way that we are.

As a child, were you ever told “don’t do this” “you can’t do that”?

Then you too are a victim of domestication.

It is hard to redirect all of the things that you already know mostly because it’s what you’ve been taught up until this point but it is not impossible, there are ways to change and rewire your brain so that you can succeed in all of the things that everyone told you you never could, and I’m going to tell you how.

First and foremost, you must pay attention to your mind and your thoughts.

Are the majority of your thoughts negative?

Are they positive?

Do you not notice them?

Being aware of how you and your mind are feeling is crucial in being able to change and redirect your thought process, you must first recognize your thoughts.

When a negative thought arises, don’t suppress it, you must recognize it as something that does not support you and then you must redirect it.

How do you redirect it?

It’s simple.

Just ask yourself “what would be the opposite of this negative thought?”.

And then you focus on that positive thing and you repeat it to yourself.

This is how redirection works, awareness and repetition.

You must make your positive thoughts just as important as you have made your negative ones.

When your mind wants to go back into easy mode which may be negative, you can redirect that thought and let your brain know that you are conditioning your mind right now and you’re not into the easy way out.

It is attention to the positive alternative over the negative one that gives us personal power over our thoughts.

Visualizing a more positive outcome and adding lots of emphasis and emotions to this idea will make it more powerful.

Aside from your thoughts, your mind is incredibly programmed and conditioned not just by thoughts but by actions and behavior.

If you take action on a consistent basis, it teaches your mind to do that.

Do things that are positive for yourself, take bolder actions, learn things just because you want to.

Your mind is extremely powerful and your body can influence your mind.

As soon as you make a decision that you are not conditioned to make, your initial thought will be to return to the easy alternative or negative thought but you must break this cycle because if you respond to that thought it will lead to the same choice over and over again.

The act of noticing negative thoughts and redirecting them to positive ones will reflect in your three dimensional world and the more you practice this act, the more you will see positive results and eventually you will not even notice that your thoughts have predominantly changed into positive ones.

Creating positive thoughts will now be your first default, not to say you will never have a negative thought, but if your brain is interrupted with a negative thought, you will now know how to redirect it as if it’s second nature.

In conclusion, the way that you think is completely up to you.

Of course we can be negatively inspired by the things that we have been taught and conditioned to think but we don’t have to let that take control of us.

Practice and patience is a necessity.

Rewiring your mind does not happen overnight but if you take small steps towards one big goal you will eventually look back and realize that you have conquered it.
