When you are on the path of finding and doing what you love and what brings you happiness, there will be struggle along the way.

We all hate struggling in the moment, but there can be a great outcome when we do allow ourselves to struggle.

Challenges allow us to become more flexible.

When we learn to become more flexible as humans we can accomplish more by working around or through our struggles easier.

Growth

Struggle allows us to grow.

When we are facing a challenge that is not ideal for us this puts us in a place that allows us to learn a better way to handle the challenge.

You have to learn to adapt when you are out of your comfort zone.

This is not a simple process always.

Struggle brings setbacks and as humans we slowly start to learn the strength to bounce back.

This is why the more struggles we face the more we grow and evolve.

Your Character

As we learn to how handle struggle this builds our character.

Struggle teaches us perseverance and how to get through something rather than giving up.

Giving your grace throughout challenges and struggles builds your character.

Also allowing ourselves a little grace to get through challenges ends up bringing out confidence in ourselves.

This confidence comes from the ability to complete something or reach a goal.

Reaching your goals comes with trial and error and working through our struggles.

Struggle Allows More Appreciation

If humans did not experience struggle we would not be as appreciative.

Struggle reminds you of what you do have.

When we are accomplishing something and there is an absence of struggle that is also a reminder to appreciate it.

When we experience the absence of struggle in a situation we are able to look back and be grateful for that.

This is a way we learn to appreciate the good times even more.

Builds Relationships

When we work through struggles in relationships this allows a stronger foundation for that relationship.

Being able to work through challenges is an important quality to have in a relationship.

Not only does this build both your characters, but this builds your relationship by knowing you are capable of working through hardships together.

Facing and getting through challenges together is great foundation for your relationship.

Compassion

Struggling also builds the compassion you have for others.

When you start to face life challenges you understand that other people are also handling their own hardships.

This allows you to feel empathetic for someone and help you realize you are not the only one handling hardships.

The compassion and empathy that you develop comes from your understanding of what other people are dealing with which builds a desire to help people more so.

Conclusion

Even though struggle and hardships seems like its not worth fighting through, it is.

You have to allow your self a little discomfort to build character and strength.

Instead of looking at struggle as a bad thing start looking at it as a teacher, something you can learn from.

When we face struggle it is beneficial to our journey in life, but remember you will come out the other side even stronger.
